Terms of Service & Usage Agreement
By booking a session with McDog Media, participating in a session, appearing in photographs, purchasing photographs, downloading photographs, receiving photographs, or otherwise using photographs created by McDog Media, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIPAll photographs created by McDog Media remain the exclusive property of the photographer and are protected by copyright law.The purchase, download, or receipt of photographs does not transfer copyright ownership to any client, subject, organization, or third party.Clients are granted a limited license to use delivered images for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.PERMITTED USEUnless otherwise agreed upon in writing, clients may:• Share delivered images on social media
• Print images for personal use
• Display images for personal, non-commercial purposesCredit to McDog Media is appreciated whenever possible and reasonable.IMAGE ALTERATION POLICYImages created by McDog Media may not be edited, altered, manipulated, filtered, recolored, retouched, transformed, or otherwise modified without prior written permission.This includes, but is not limited to:• Filters and overlays
• Heavy cropping that changes composition
• Color adjustments or recoloring
• Object removal or addition
• Graphic design modifications
• Digital redraws or trace-overs
• Any AI-generated edits or enhancementsOnly McDog Media may alter photographs unless explicit permission has been granted in writing.AI POLICYMcDog Media photographs may not be used for artificial intelligence purposes.Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:• Training AI or machine learning models
• Creating AI-generated derivatives
• Style transfer or image generation using the photographs
• AI-based editing, enhancement, or manipulation
• Using photographs as references for AI-generated contentAny AI-related use of McDog Media photographs is strictly prohibited unless previously authorized in writing.PORTFOLIO & PROMOTIONAL USEUnless otherwise agreed upon before a session, McDog Media reserves the right to display photographs for portfolio, gallery, website, social media, advertising, educational, and promotional purposes.Requests for privacy or image restrictions should be discussed prior to the session.ANIMAL PHOTOGRAPHYOwners and handlers remain responsible for the safety, behavior, and control of their animals at all times during a photography session.McDog Media is not responsible for injuries, damages, losses, or incidents involving animals before, during, or after a session.LIMITATION OF LIABILITYWhile every reasonable effort will be made to provide quality photographic services and preserve image files, McDog Media cannot guarantee against circumstances outside of the photographer's control, including equipment failure, weather, illness, accidents, venue restrictions, or other unforeseen events.Any liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the photography services provided.PAYMENT & DELIVERYPricing, payment requirements, turnaround times, and delivery methods may vary by project and will be communicated separately.Failure to submit payment as agreed may result in delayed delivery, cancellation of services, or revocation of image usage permissions.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMSBy booking a session, participating in a session, appearing in photographs, purchasing photographs, downloading photographs, receiving photographs, or otherwise using photographs created by McDog Media, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.Organizations, clubs, kennels, businesses, rescues, breeders, and other groups may not use McDog Media photographs for marketing, advertising, fundraising, promotional materials, websites, or printed materials without prior written permission.

Hi, I'm Han!
Hi, I'm Han! I’m a dog-obsessed photographer based in Havre De Grace, Maryland. My photography journey kicked off in 2021 when I borrowed a friend’s camera and turned it on my favorite subjects, my dogs (of course). What started as a fun past time quickly became a full-blown passion, and I fall more in love with it every time I meet a new face.I share my life with three incredible dogs. Luke, my OG, has been with me since I was nine. Alongside him is my husky mix, Willow, and Zorro, my standard poodle.Outside the camera, I'm a dude with a lifelong love for animals. I’ve volunteered with equines, worked as a dog trainer and handler, and now work as a kennel technician for a service dog organization. My biggest passion is everything dog!Whether your pup is goofy, regal, wild, or all of the above, I can’t wait to meet them and tell their story through my lens. Let’s capture the magic that is your best friend!
PRICING INFORMATION
Photography sessions with McDog Media may be offered under different pricing structures depending on the nature of the session, location, event, and intended use of the images. Pricing may include either a session fee, a per-image purchase model, or another agreed-upon arrangement.All pricing, fees, and payment expectations will be discussed and agreed upon with the client prior to the session taking place. No client will be charged without prior agreement.For sessions billed at a flat hourly rate, a $30 booking fee is required to reserve your session date and time. This booking fee is applied toward the total cost of the session and is not an additional charge.Booking fees are generally non-refundable if the client cancels, fails to attend the scheduled session, or otherwise chooses not to proceed with the booking. Clients may reschedule one time with reasonable notice without forfeiting their booking fee. If McDog Media must cancel a session, the booking fee will be refunded in full or applied to a rescheduled session at the client's discretion.Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, clients may not use, share, publish, screenshot, distribute, or otherwise reproduce photographs from a session until those images have been properly purchased or delivered under the agreed-upon terms.You also acknowledge and agree that McDog Media may use selected photographs from a session for portfolio, social media, website, advertising, and other promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon before the session.
